Our company handles "acid-resistant vortex pumps" in both gland type and mechanical seal type. All wetted parts are made by Swagelok, ensuring complete corrosion resistance. The cast iron frame flange and cover hold the Swagelok casing and cover securely from both sides, providing structural reliability. We handle the "Acid-Resistant Submersible Pump" with a rigid shaft and sinking type. In addition to being able to place the impeller in a safe position against cavitation, there are no issues with liquid leakage since there is no shaft sealing device. Moreover, it does not require priming, and the ON/OFF control of the liquid level is easy, making it suitable for automatic operation. Through joint research with mechanical seal manufacturers, we have developed mechanical seals that can withstand various conditions, which are now standard specifications. For rubber materials, we apply hard rubber, soft rubber, and chloroprene, and for shaft sleeve materials, we use titanium and Hastelloy.
